Welcome to the Atlas of Aebrynis!

The Atlas is my attempt to detail the world of Aebrynis outside the published BIRTHRIGHT setting (which focused almost exclusively on the Cerilia sub-continent). The Atlas is broken down according to Continent first and then into smaller Regions (Anuire, Khinasi etc. are the Cerilian equivalent to these regions). Each region has a main section describing its geography, history and demography. There will also be several sub-sections for each region, giving some example of interresting locales. In no way is the description for the regions exhaustive; it is intended more as a framework for enterprising DMs to place their campaigns in. World and regional maps are included in the project, and will be made available for download.

The main focus of the entire project is Aduria, plus Thaele and the northwestern portion of Djapar (the Basarji homeland). Other continents and regions will be described eventually, but in considerably less detail. That said - the Atlas is a living project, and I expect to add to it over the years.

Aduria is the great continent to the south-west of Cerilia. It is the original homeland of the Tribes (save the Basarji) that fled to Cerilia to escape Azrai the Shadow. Aduria today is filled with both wonder and horror; great successor kingdoms lie scattered among the ruins of ancient empires while in the wild lands between them terrible monsters roam freely. In short Aduria is old and dangerous; but with great danger come great rewards, right?
